Ov\u0161em gymnastika m\u011bla velmi pozitivn\u00ed ohlas pro na\u0161i rovnov\u00e1hu a flexibilitu. Zkou\u0161eli jste si n\u011bkdy po del\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b rovnov\u00e1hu? Stejn\u011b jako b\u011bh, kter\u00fd jste museli podstoupit, atletika toho v\u0161ak tvo\u0159ila mnohem v\u00edc. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rychl\u00fd na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti a naopak je v\u00fdkonn\u00fd p\u0159i t\u011bch del\u0161\u00edch vzd\u00e1lenostech, nebo mu nemus\u00ed j\u00edt b\u011bh v\u016fbec. Probl\u00e9m byl, \u017ee se \u017e\u00e1ci neu\u010d\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 do\u0161lapov\u00e1n\u00ed a pot\u00e9 si mohou zni\u010dit \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla na nohou. \t\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 M\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 hry m\u011bly hlavn\u00ed c\u00edl, a to vylep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce. \u010casto se v\u0161ak stalo, \u017ee tyto hry nem\u011bly pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek, proto je mnoho \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nem\u00e1 a nem\u011blo r\u00e1do. Ov\u0161em tak\u00e9 jste si b\u011bhem t\u011bchto her mohli zlep\u0161it sv\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, svou s\u00edlu v rukou \u010di v nohou, a orientaci. Mohli jste se t\u00edm nau\u010dit p\u0159edv\u00eddat, kam m\u00ed\u010d dolet\u00ed, co\u017e je vlastnost, kter\u00e1 se v \u017eivot\u011b hod\u00ed.
